Families
Angelic Angels will conduct a face to face interview with all Nannies and carry out the following checks prior to accepting registration:
- Verify original copies of qualifications against C.V.
- Confirm identity with either passport/birth certificate or driving license
- Discuss and qualify any gaps in employment history
- Have sight of the original CRB police disclosure
- Obtain minimum of two references
- Establish relevant specific skills and core experience
- Assess interpersonal and communication skills
Once we have discussed a role with a family, we will generate a ‘Nanny Profile’, which is used to discuss your position with potential Nannies. Client confidentially is retained at all times.
We will then provide the family with details of Nannies who are interested in your vacancy.
The family can then select Nannies to interview and Angelic Angels will co-ordinate this for you.
We recommend at least two interviews, including one with the children as depending on age they can be very much part of the decision making process.
Angelic Angels can assist with any questions you may have during this process to help you find the ideal solution and will keep you fully informed at all times.
Once you have selected your ideal Nanny and the role has been accepted, Angelic Angels will invoice you our Agency Fee as detailed in our fee structure and terms and conditions of employment.

Once received, Angelic Angels will contact you to discuss in more detail and agree how you wish to proceed.
